Privacy policy

We answer your searches and keep no record of them. What you save never reaches us. No account, no ads, no tracking.

What the app sends us

Looking up an address needs our server, because the data is too big for a phone. So the app sends what you type in search, addresses you share into it or name in a question, and which homes to show. It also sends a random code that proves it is a genuine copy of the app.

It never sends your questions, notes, photos, recordings, what you paid, your answers to its questions, or your location.

What we keep

No record of what you search for or look at. Nor your internet address. Only the random code, and roughly when it was used. It is not linked to your name, email or Apple Account, so we cannot tell who you are. We do not yet delete these codes on a schedule; backups of them are kept for 14 days.

What stays on your phone

Your saved homes, inspection diary, favourites and settings. If you turn on iCloud sync, they are also stored in your own iCloud, which we cannot read. Delete the app and they are gone from the phone.

Apple

Maps, directions, the workplace search and the check that the app is genuine are Apple services, under Apple's privacy policy. Apple Intelligence and voice memo transcription run on your phone.

Permissions and tracking

Microphone, speech recognition and camera, only when you use them in the diary. Never your location or contacts. No analytics, crash reporting or third-party code.

Your rights, and changes

We hold nothing that identifies you, so there is nothing of yours to hand over or delete. The app is not aimed at children. If we ever keep searches or ask you to sign in, this page and the app will tell you first. Support cases are covered on our privacy page.
