Owl Watch Simulator MCP
Privacy policy
Version 1.0 · effective 7 October 2026
It runs on your Mac and sends us nothing. What it sees goes to your coding agent, and from there to the model your agent uses.
What it sends us
Nothing. There is no server of ours, no analytics and no telemetry. Its only connection is to the simulator on your own Mac.
What it gives your agent
Pictures of the simulator’s screen, the text read from them, your app’s log and the build’s output. Your agent decides where that goes: a coding agent such as Claude Code sends it to the model it uses, under that company’s terms.
What stays on your Mac
Everything else. Screenshots are written to a temporary folder and removed; nothing is kept between runs. Text is read from the screen by macOS itself.
Permissions
Accessibility, to press the simulator’s buttons and use its menus, and Screen Recording, to see its window. macOS grants both to the app you start it from. During a long press it moves your pointer for about a second.
Your rights, and changes
We hold nothing about you, so there is nothing to hand over or delete. If that ever changes, this page and the project’s README will say so first. Support cases are covered on our privacy page.
Contact
The Owlery Works, Sydney, Australia, through the support form, anonymously if you like.
